A field study will be conducted in all 81 provinces under the leadership of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.

The CHP delegation will meet with citizens in 17 districts of Aydın and work towards a more just and stronger Türkiye.

The project is great, we hope it will be successful.

But what surprises await the CHP delegation when they take to the field?

For example, will the committee be able to be credible in its claims?

Will they be able to explain their demands to the public?

Will the education, knowledge, political acumen, interpersonal skills, and political background of those who will be speaking to the public be taken into consideration?

These are very important criteria.

Meeting with the public is no ordinary event. There are educated people, people of average caliber, and, according to the delegation, those with high political careers. Will the officials be able to give rational and convincing answers to the questions that will be posed to the delegation?

In present-day Turkey, there are attempts to portray the CHP as the party of corruption.

The CHP, which is going through difficult times in the eyes of the public, should first and foremost form its leadership team from credible individuals with untainted political records.

This is especially noticeable in smaller settlements.

How successful can a delegation composed of individuals with a history of involvement in shady dealings using their political positions be in a public meeting? The best approach would be to swap the assignments of the district delegations. For example, assigning delegation A to area B. Delegates we don't know would be more effective. This would raise the bar for success, at least to some extent.

Another solution is that the political backgrounds of those elected locally must be thoroughly evaluated. In other words, we should choose those with a clean record as officials.

FOR EXAMPLE, it's a mystery what a committee formed under the umbrella of someone who is alleged to have used their political authority in the past to acquire property through shady means would do in our district.

The fact that the committee to be formed will represent the CHP is a great responsibility. It's a risky project.
